Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reporting solutions including dashboards, scorecards, and analytical measures for business and IT stakeholders.
Develop Python scripts and .NET services for automation, data processing, and API integrations supporting reporting platforms.
Ensure reporting solutions follow best practices including scalable data modeling, security features, performance tuning, documentation, deployment, and Level 3 technical support.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4 years IT industry experience with at least 3 years hands-on Power BI and Python development in enterprise reporting/analytics.
Proficient in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query (M), DAX, Power BI Administration, SQL Server, T-SQL, Data Warehousing, and ETL processes.
Experience with Python for automation and .NET development for backend and API services.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field (BE/MCA or equivalent).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Agile/Scrum environments working on enterprise-scale reporting solutions with cross-technology integrations (Power BI, Python, .NET).
Ability to independently manage complex reporting development tasks and deliver timely, high-quality, maintainable solutions with stakeholder communication.
Prior exposure to Azure Data services (Data Factory, Synapse), Microsoft Fabric, or certifications in Power BI or Data Analytics preferred but not mandatory.
