Data & AI Delivery manager

Lead and manage engineering teams delivering data foundations and AI/GenAI solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, deployment, and transition to Managed Operations.

Own delivery accountability covering people management, client engagement, financials (revenue, EBIT), quality, cost, and delivery metrics across multiple engagements.

Manage client relationships and delivery risks ensuring compliance with AI governance, security, and Responsible AI standards, while driving continuous delivery efficiency improvements.

12–18 years of experience in software/data engineering delivery with significant delivery-management and people-leadership responsibility.

Must have strong skills in data engineering and AI/ML delivery, including familiarity with Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic solution delivery.

Educational qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/PhD or equivalent.

Proven experience managing delivery revenue, EBIT, cost, quality, schedule, and deployment efficiency; first-level people leadership including performance assessment and career development.

Experienced delivery leader with a track record of end-to-end management of complex data and AI/GenAI engagements focusing on operational and financial metrics.

Strong understanding of engineering quality standards, agile delivery methodologies, and governance frameworks in AI-driven projects.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and scale technical bench strength within data and AI engineering domains.
