Work Experience Required: 10–12 years in relevant air logistics or related commercial roles.

Highly commercially savvy with strong negotiation skills to secure competitive rates and capacity.
Experienced in building and maintaining strategic partnerships with airlines and GSAs in the air logistics domain.
Able to operate independently with high accountability while collaborating closely with multiple internal teams (Gateway, Pricing, Development).
