Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Typically 15+ years in software engineering with extensive experience in large-scale distributed systems.

Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, NoSQL, cloud-native platforms (Azure or GCP), and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience as Principal/Lead/Staff Engineer with ability to influence architecture and engineering outcomes across multiple teams.

Proven technical leader who combines strategic vision with detailed technical expertise in large-scale membership or customer engagement systems.

Experienced in distributed system design, event-driven architectures, and operational excellence in global, complex environments.

Strong collaborator capable of aligning cross-functional teams and communicating complex technical concepts clearly across stakeholders.
