Java Tech Lead - Vice President

Lead full-stack software development and engineering solutions within an Agile delivery team focused on Java and cloud-native applications.

Own coding, pairing, backlog decomposition, and sprint goal delivery while influencing software architecture and applying best practices.

Collaborate with technical leadership to define standards and contribute to enterprise application design using latest technologies and patterns.

Minimum 12+ years experience as Software Engineer with at least 5+ years in Java development.

Proven experience with cloud-native development, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), and microservices architectures (REST, GraphQL).

Solid knowledge of software engineering best practices including unit testing, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Experienced in designing and building scalable, resilient, low-latency enterprise applications with modern cloud infrastructure (on-premise and public cloud).

Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience managing teams of 5+ developers with involvement in technical strategy and standards.

Strong working knowledge of event-driven architectures, API management, Infrastructure as Code, and monitoring tools, indicating ability to drive end-to-end solution delivery.
