IT Director, ERP Solution CoE

Lead the ERP Solution Centre of Excellence setting ERP strategy, business process architecture, and solution governance across the global enterprise.

Manage a global team of SAP and Axapta consultants, architects, and domain experts to build capabilities, partnerships, and governance for long-term ERP success.

Oversee the ERP Functional Design Authority to guide investment, ensure alignment with architecture, security, data and regulatory standards, and drive transformation using automation, analytics, and AI.

15+ years of IT and ERP experience, ideally in MedTech or related industry.

Significant SAP functional, solution, or business process leadership experience; participated in at least two complete ERP implementations or transformations.

Experience leading SAP programmes, portfolios, or Centres of Excellence; SAP S/4HANA transformation experience preferred.

Location requirement: Pune or Bangalore, India.

Experienced in broad SAP domains such as Sales and Distribution, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance with strong understanding of architecture and governance.

Demonstrated ability to lead global teams, develop talent, and manage strategic partners effectively.

Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders on investment priorities, risks and enterprise-wide decisions with strong commercial judgement.
