Maintain and administer Azure infrastructure and Windows Server environments, ensuring daily operations, incident resolution within SLA, and system stability.
Own and respond to monitoring alerts using Logic Monitor, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics; manage alert tuning and dashboard creation to enhance monitoring effectiveness.
Develop and maintain automation solutions including PowerShell scripts, Azure Automation Runbooks, and AI agents to reduce manual operational tasks and improve process efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
4–6 years experience in systems administration, application/infrastructure support, or cloud operations.
Minimum 4 years hands-on production Azure administration experience and minimum 3 years administering Windows Server in production environments.
Certified AZ-104 (Azure Administrator Associate) holder, not just training completed.
Willingness and availability to work 24×7 rotation shifts including planned maintenance windows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing Azure PaaS/IaaS and Windows Server administration in production with strong incident and change management discipline.
Capability to independently write and maintain PowerShell scripts and develop automation solutions including responsible usage of AI tools for operational tasks.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools like ServiceNow, with practical experience in healthcare or regulated industries preferred.
