Design and execute test cases, including regression testing, for Commercial Excellence analytics and AI solutions to ensure data accuracy and business readiness.
Validate dashboards, reports, KPIs, and business logic across Salesforce CRM Analytics, Tableau, and other platforms before deployment.
Collaborate in Agile/SAFe teams with Product Owners, Analysts, Developers to support user acceptance testing and continuously improve QA processes.
Minimum Requirements
3-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or Business Testing.
Hands-on experience testing Salesforce solutions and holding at least one Salesforce certification (Administrator 201, CRM Analytics, or equivalent).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
Experience working in Agile and/or SAFe environments using testing and defect management tools like Jira or QTest.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with validating analytics solutions and dashboards, especially Salesforce CRM Analytics and Tableau platforms.
Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-evolving tech environments involving AI-enabled solutions and automation tools.
Skilled at translating complex business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios within global, cross-functional teams.
