Manage day-to-day Azure and Windows Server infrastructure including provisioning, maintenance, incident response, and product/application deployment within SLA.
Own and monitor alert queues using multiple tools, tune alerts, stabilize systems through proactive checks and incident resolution, and contribute to root cause analysis.
Automate repetitive operational tasks through scripting (PowerShell), Azure automation tools, and AI agents, ensuring responsible AI application and verification before deployment.
Minimum Requirements
4–6 years experience in systems administration, application/infrastructure support, or cloud operations.
At least 4 years hands-on production Azure administration experience and a minimum of 3 years administering Windows Server in production environments.
AZ-104 (Azure Administrator Associate) certification is mandatory, and experience working in 24×7 rotation shifts including planned maintenance windows.
Experience working in a ticket-driven, SLA-based support environment with knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow usage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Azure PaaS/IaaS administration and Windows Server environments with capability in IIS, SSL certificate management, and high-availability configurations.
Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation including Azure Automation Runbooks and AI-enabled operational processes, responsible for end-to-end deployment and verification.
Capable of clear technical communication, maintaining runbooks/SOPs, performing proactive system health checks, and working collaboratively under ITIL-based process frameworks.
