Configure and modify merchant pricing plans across multiple payment methods following defined SOPs.
Manage pricing workflows end-to-end by coordinating with Banking Operations and Checker teams to ensure compliance and timely execution with documented approvals.
Minimum Requirements
0.6 to 2 years experience in operations, pricing, or reconciliation role, preferably in fintech or payments sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience with ticketing systems like Salesforce, Freshdesk, or similar tools.
Work Experience Required: 0.6 to 2 years in relevant operations/pricing roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Detail-oriented with strong process governance skills, able to execute SOP-based tasks accurately.
Comfortable coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders including POC, Banking Operations, and Checker teams.
Familiar with fintech/payment operational environments, capable of working independently and in cross-functional teams.
