Lead and manage a team of approximately 30 AI Engineers and Full Stack Developers, including mentoring and performance oversight.

Provide technical direction and architectural guidance in AI/ML and Full Stack development, enforcing software development best practices.
Minimum Requirements
8 to 12 years of professional experience in the software industry with proven leadership managing engineering teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong technical knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Full Stack Development technologies including front-end (React, Angular) and back-end (Python, Java, Node.js).
Experience managing delivery of customer-facing software projects; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience leading large teams (20+ members) in a technical and project delivery capacity.
Hands-on familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and working in Agile environments with tools like Jira and Confluence.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex priorities and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
