Develop SystemC/TLM2.0 based virtual prototype models for SoC components including CPUs, cache controllers, interconnects, peripherals, NPU, ISP.
Verify IP and SoC level models and develop automated self-checking test suites using C/ARM assembly.
Support firmware and software teams by porting OS, developing device drivers, and enabling effective use of virtual prototypes.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of hardware engineering experience with MTech/BTech in EE/CS.
Proficiency in C, C++, SystemC with expertise in developing SystemC, TLM based virtual platform models for SoC or electronics systems.
Experience with Virtual Prototype tools such as ARM Fast Models, Synopsys Virtualizer, Windriver SIMICS.
Strong knowledge of microprocessors, microcontrollers, SoC architecture, bus protocols, embedded Linux, and debugging embedded toolchains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in SoC virtual prototype creation and validation in a multi-geography, multi-team environment with quality processes exposure.
Capable of defining transaction-level models for complex SoC components and driving system-level flow and methodology development.
Comfortable working with low-level software (bare metal tests, assembly) and collaborating closely with firmware and software teams to ensure prototype usability.
