Ensure delivery of secure, scalable software solutions on schedule and within budget while improving performance and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field; advanced degree desirable.
5+ years experience in EMVCO 3DS Payments domain with progressively increasing responsibility.
15+ years software engineering experience including technical leadership; experience with Agile mandatory, SAFE Agile desirable.
Experience with Java, JUnits, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, web services, cloud platforms (PCF, Azure), and software engineering methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader managing large, diverse technical teams and complex projects, especially in payment authentication domains such as EMVCO 3DS.
Strong financial and strategic planning skills including budget management and policy implementation.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, secure software solutions using modern tech stacks and Agile frameworks in a matrix and geographically distributed environment.
