Lead design and development of enterprise content platforms including AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and Workfront integrations to support scalable content operations.
Define technical architecture, design patterns, and integration strategies across AEM, PIM, Workfront, and downstream systems ensuring performance and reliability.
Drive CI/CD practices, enforce engineering quality standards, and mentor engineers to support onboarding of internal and vendor teams.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of software development experience.
Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (Sites and/or Assets), Java, REST APIs, microservices, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Maven and Azure DevOps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms with technical leadership in architecture design.
Proficient in integrating content management systems (AEM, PIM, Workfront) and digital asset workflows at a global scale.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Product Owners, Architects, and distributed teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
