Lead design, development, and integration of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions for enterprise-scale content operations.
Define and implement DAM architecture, standards, and workflow automation across asset ingestion, metadata governance, approval, and publishing pipelines.
Drive CI/CD implementation, ensure performance, scalability and reliability of DAM services, and mentor engineering teams.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of software development experience.
Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets / DAM), Java, REST APIs, microservices, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience in metadata schema design and taxonomy governance in DAM context.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Maven and Azure DevOps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader with expertise in DAM workflows, metadata governance, and enterprise CMS platform delivery.
Proven ability to design and scale DAM architecture integrating multiple platforms (AEM Sites, Workfront, PIM).
Skilled collaborator working cross-functionally with product owners, architects, and QA across global digital platforms.
