Assistant Vice President, Ops Professional, India, Global Markets Operations

Lead and manage the Corporate FX & Client Servicing desk overseeing trade validation, settlement, and regulatory reporting including acting as Responsible Person for regulatory submissions.

Maintain a strong control environment ensuring compliance with RBI, FEDAI, and other relevant FX operations regulations and internal controls.

Engage with clients, front office, auditors, and internal stakeholders to manage risks, respond to queries, conduct audits, and drive process improvements including automation initiatives.

Minimum 6+ years experience managing teams in Treasury Operations specifically related to Corporate FX products.

Strong knowledge of RBI, FEDAI rules, FX product offerings, and accounting principles governing FX operations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Work Experience Required: 6+ years in relevant domain.

Experienced in leading operations teams with strong risk management and compliance discipline in Treasury/FX operations.

Capable of managing multiple stakeholders like clients, auditors, front office, and technology teams while maintaining rigorous controls.

Demonstrates a proactive and innovative approach to process improvements and automation in a regulated financial environment.
