Own and drive end-to-end supply chain planning including demand planning, dispatch execution, and integrated S&OP processes in a manufacturing/CDMO environment.
Manage monthly S&OP cycles balancing demand, supply, inventory, and customer service metrics like OTIF to optimize inventory and service levels.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Production, Procurement, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics to resolve customer queries and meet business targets.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, dispatch execution, and S&OP within manufacturing or CDMO environment.
Proficiency with SAP/ERP systems and supply chain tools including MRP and capacity planning.
Master of Science (MSc) degree required.
Experience in EXIM operations, logistics planning, and inventory management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex supply-demand balancing and inventory optimization in pharmaceutical or CDMO manufacturing.
Strong ability to lead monthly S&OP processes and drive cross-functional collaboration as a key stakeholder influencer.
Proven project management skills delivering process improvement initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
