Minimum Requirements
Experience with Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, or Benefits is mandatory.
Hands-on experience developing LLM-based Generative AI solutions including prompt engineering and AI agents.
Experience building and supporting applications on .NET stack and frontend frameworks like Vue.
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, microservices, API Management, and DevOps practices including CI/CD (GitHub) and containerization (Docker).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in integrating and optimizing HR technology platforms, particularly Workday and Microsoft AI ecosystems, with practical AI/ML implementation skills.
Comfortable working in Agile sprint environments and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate HR needs into technical deliverables.
Strong developer mindset focused on maintainable, secure, and scalable enterprise-grade applications, APIs, and automation relevant to global HR processes.
