Plan and track container movement daily to ensure efficient routing and timely delivery in line with customer service levels.

Coordinate and communicate with Contract Drivers, customers, terminals, and carriers to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and manage equipment and documentation.

Manage additional costs, authorize equipment drops, and maintain records for equipment tracking and container activity reporting.

Any Graduate degree mandatory.

2-3 years of relevant experience in logistics or transport operations.

Experience with SAP TMS and MS Office required; case management experience is a plus.

Work Experience Required: 2-3 years as explicitly mentioned in the JD.

Operationally focused individual with skills in landside transport modalities (truck, rail, barge) and logistics coordination.

Able to work independently within defined guidelines while escalating complex issues appropriately.

Experienced in handling fast-paced environments involving multiple stakeholders and complex scheduling demands.
