Minimum Requirements

Hands-on experience with VMware, Windows Server, and enterprise storage systems.
Bachelor of Science in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
Ability to work independently during night shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced IT generalist comfortable managing multiple complex platforms including VMware, storage, and backup systems.
Proficient in troubleshooting with strong communication skills and ability to escalate incidents appropriately.
Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and ITIL processes is preferred but not mandatory.
