Lead design, customization, integration, and support of Finacle-based banking solutions across CMS, core banking, and payments modules.
Define technical requirements, solution designs, testing strategies, deployment activities, and maintain project documentation and runbooks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance, operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement and mentorship within the team.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience in Finacle-related development, testing, or implementation with exposure to Finacle 11X core banking and CMS modules.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Proficiency with Finacle scripting, REST API design and integration, SQL databases (Oracle), and experience with SDLC/Agile methodologies.
Experience working in regulated banking environments with governance and compliance considerations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep subject matter expert in Finacle 11X core banking solutions including CMS, FAS, LMS, TRAMS, ITS modules, and finacle scripting with log validation expertise.
Strong ability to engage cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, QA, product, and IT for end-to-end project delivery and operational readiness.
Experienced in mentoring technical teams, providing architectural inputs, and managing testing, deployment, and release governance in Finacle projects within regulated banking environments.
