SME - Client Servicing OEMS FIX Operations

Serve as domain expert and liaison between clients and internal teams focusing on investment accounting/reporting solutions within Clearwater systems.

Translate client requirements into system applications, process designs, training materials, and SOPs while providing timely and accurate responses to complex inquiries.

Lead process improvements, coordinate projects, mentor team members, and contribute to product enhancement and client onboarding strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent specialization experience.

5+ years of relevant experience in investment accounting or client servicing domain.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong documentation skills.

Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years relevant experience.

Deep expertise in investment accounting and strong understanding of Clearwater systems and processes.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, translate complex client needs into scalable solutions, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Experienced in client-facing roles with strong communication skills to simplify and resolve complex financial or accounting topics.
