Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechatronics, electrical, or related).
5+ years experience in Consumer Electronics or Automotive Industry.
Familiarity with system development processes (Automotive SPICE), functional safety or cybersecurity, and vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, UDS).
Experience with embedded hardware and system architecture including ADAS ECU or similar modules.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to translate customer requirements into product design specifications and lead feature definition and requirement reviews.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving cross-functional collaboration in regulated product environments.
Strong technical leadership in automotive system engineering, especially within safety-critical or embedded systems.
