Technical Architect

Own end-to-end software development and delivery for Industrial Automation projects in Bangalore.

Lead and manage multiple Technical Project Managers handling parallel software development and delivery workstreams.

Manage project resources, risks, budgets, and stakeholder relationships including external hardware partners for integration challenges.

Minimum 15 years total work experience with engineering service suppliers in domains such as Transportation, Healthcare, or Industrial Automation.

At least 15 years industry experience building software applications with 6-10 years development experience in Embedded or Digital technologies.

Proven experience in product engineering and ownership of bespoke software delivery projects including Industrial Automation.

Work location is Bangalore with mandatory work from office (WFO).

Experienced leader comfortable managing and mentoring multiple Technical Project Managers in complex software delivery environments.

Strong domain expertise in industrial machine software involving servo, gantry, and camera/vision systems with hands-on hardware-software integration exposure.

Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams and external hardware partners, adept at reducing escalations and ensuring smooth project execution.
