Minimum Requirements
2+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and maintenance with modern programming languages and SQL.
Practical experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools, including the ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
Experience in Agile SDLC methodologies; specific experience with Java 17+ preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full stack Java development and microservices architecture, preferably with AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service or Elastic Container Service deployment.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure automation tools like Terraform and AWS production environments.
Skilled in relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL and comfortable working in large corporate or enterprise environments.
