3+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.

Proficient in coding with experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.

Experience with distributed systems, cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), microservices/RESTful APIs, relational/NoSQL databases, and data streaming/messaging frameworks (Kafka, Spark).

Hands-on experience with dependency injection frameworks (Spring/Spring Boot), containers (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm), and enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools.

Experienced in cloud-native application development, preferably with cloud certifications and practical cloud experience.

Skilled in integrating AI-assisted development tools responsibly, with understanding of AI risks related to security and data sensitivity.

Familiar with financial services industry IT systems, enabling alignment with domain-specific technology and security practices.
