Develop and maintain end-to-end full stack applications using Next.js (App Router, Server Components) and Node.js frameworks (Express/NestJS).
Implement AI tooling and automation to automate 70%–80% of coding and workflows, leveraging AI development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot.
Manage database architecture and integrations with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or ClickHouse along with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and authentication flows.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Next.js, Node.js, and React.js.
Daily active usage of AI development tools with demonstrated automation of coding and workflows (mandatory).
Experience in production with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or ClickHouse, including RESTful API, GraphQL, and authentication implementation.
Must be based in Pune or able to relocate immediately; notice period max 15 days.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building scalable full stack applications using modern React frameworks and Node.js backends.
Proficient and comfortable incorporating AI-assisted development tools to significantly increase coding efficiency.
Capable of managing complex database architectures and secure API authentication workflows in a production environment.
