Minimum Requirements
7-10 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Commercial Finance.
Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA, or equivalent.
Experience in Asset Management or Investment Management preferred.
Strong system expertise in Anaplan/Oracle and forecasting & budgeting cycle knowledge.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Commercially focused finance leader with deep understanding of revenue, sales, and AUM drivers in Asset Management.
Experienced in partnering with senior global stakeholders and influencing strategic business decisions.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional and global teams while fostering continuous improvement and automation culture.
