Own and evolve the quality strategy for a complex AI agent product spanning unit, functional, integration, acceptance, post-deployment, and exploratory testing.
Design and implement automated test systems covering browser-level acceptance, API validation, contract and replay-based tests, and high-risk execution surfaces like sandboxed code execution and remote user sessions.
Lead testing practices including failure-injection scenarios, post-deployment smoke tests, test data improvements, and quality monitoring to ensure release confidence and continuous delivery.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
6+ years experience in quality engineering/test automation for complex web and API platforms.
Strong skills in C#/.NET test frameworks (xUnit/NUnit), browser automation (e.g., Playwright, Selenium), API integration testing including authentication, and CI/CD pipeline knowledge.
Experience with AI/LLM product testing and at least 1 year hands-on use of AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading quality direction and influencing engineering teams to raise testing standards in fast-evolving, distributed, cloud-hosted AI products.
Strong at strategizing complex test approaches for non-deterministic AI behavior, failure scenarios, and cross-service integrations in Azure and containerized environments.
Technical fluency with CI/CD, test automation frameworks, exploratory/manual testing, and investigative skills using telemetry and logs to maintain high release confidence.
