Own day-to-day operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of global infrastructure services including LAN, WAN, Data Center, Voice & Video, and Public Cloud platforms.
Manage network operations center (NOC) infrastructure services, ensuring service levels, security, and compliance are met.
Drive system upgrades, patches, migrations, network configuration management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated solutions.
Minimum Requirements
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years IT experience with networks, cloud, voice; over 3 years in advanced operations roles.
Possession of Cisco CCNA/CCNP or other relevant Cisco/Juniper/AWS advanced certifications.
Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper routing and switching devices, SD-WAN solutions, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VLAN, STP).
Experience in advanced network operations including incident and major incident management, with structured troubleshooting abilities.
Comfortable coordinating with service providers and working independently in complex, global infrastructure environments.
