Technical QA Engineer - AI Enabled

Design and implement automated API test frameworks and develop production regression suites to ensure production quality.

Use AI-assisted testing tools to generate test cases, improve test coverage, and validate production releases before and after deployment.

Participate in 24x7 production support including incident response, troubleshooting complex production issues, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvements within the Site Reliability Engineering environment.

4–8 years of automation testing experience with strong API testing and automation framework expertise.

Experience with SQL, data validation, and knowledge of event-driven architectures.

Experience using AI-assisted testing tools and strong analytical and debugging skills.

Comfortable participating in on-call rotations supporting a 24x7 production environment; flexibility to collaborate with globally distributed teams including US business hours overlap.

Experienced in automation testing with a focus on production reliability and quality in a Site Reliability Engineering context.

Skilled at diagnosing complex production issues spanning multiple systems including applications, cloud infrastructure, databases, and messaging.

Proactive in improving operational processes through automation, monitoring, and reliability enhancements to reduce incident recurrence.
