Minimum 6+ years of programming experience.
Experience in scaling products from early stages to larger scale (1->100) preferred.
Preferred technology experience: Python, Django, React, MongoDB, AWS, GoLang.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building scalable distributed systems and critical platform components that enable rapid product scaling.
Capable of independently identifying impact areas and driving solutions in ambiguous environments.
Has led technical teams and large initiatives with exposure to both business and technical leadership decisions.
