Senior AI Engineer - Enterprise Transformation

Build end-to-end production-grade AI and agentic workflows, integrating with enterprise systems including ERP and CRM.

Design, implement, and maintain reusable AI component libraries and SDKs for internal and partner engineering teams, ensuring versioning and backward compatibility.

Own production engineering aspects such as meeting latency and cost targets, failure handling, observability dashboards, CI/CD, and operational support for live AI workflows.

6+ years of professional software engineering, with at least 2 years building and operating production LLM or GenAI systems with real users and costs.

Strong Python skills plus proficiency in one additional language like TypeScript, Go, or Java.

Proven experience with production retrieval systems (RAG or hybrid search) and agent orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel).

Experience with AWS and/or GCP, containerization, infrastructure as code (Terraform/CDK), CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise API integration including OAuth 2.0 / OIDC authentication.

Senior engineer comfortable setting high engineering standards, mentoring others, and rigorously reviewing code from internal and external teams.

Experience deploying multi-tenant SaaS AI systems in enterprise settings, particularly with ERP, manufacturing, or supply chain data.

Operationally focused with a strong bias for measurable evaluation, cost and latency optimization, and maintainable production systems rather than prototypes or research.
