Minimum Requirements
4+ years professional experience in backend engineering or similar roles.
Proven experience in building and deploying AI agents in production environments.
Location requirement: Bangalore office, full-time (5 days/week).
Startup experience strongly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior-level engineer (SDE2/SDE3/Senior SDE) with a background in scalable backend systems and AI agent development.
Comfortable working independently with strong ownership in ambiguous or evolving project scopes.
Experience working closely with customers to devise practical and scalable engineering solutions.
