Own technical configuration and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM Core HR components including Absences, Payroll, Approvals, Workflows, and Reporting (OTBI/BIP).
Develop and maintain Fast Formulae and BI Publisher reports, ensuring data accuracy, security, and performance standards.
Manage data loads (HDL), conduct regression testing for quarterly updates, handle incidents within SLAs, and collaborate to resolve issues including Oracle SRs.
Minimum Requirements
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud focusing on Core HR, Absence Management, Approvals/Workflow troubleshooting, OTBI, and BI Publisher reporting.
Proficient in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting specific to Oracle HCM data model elements (person, assignment, work structures).
Experience with HDL data loads, error handling, and supporting quarterly updates with regression testing.
Familiarity with incident management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technically skilled Oracle HCM developer comfortable handling complex configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting within a large-scale enterprise environment.
Experienced in end-to-end support processes including data validation, workflow troubleshooting, and collaboration to resolve cross-team issues.
Exposure to Redwood UI transition and understanding of integrated Oracle Cloud components (OIC, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) is advantageous but not mandatory.
