Lead and own verification and validation activities for embedded software and system lifecycle, including test strategy, automation, and system integration.
Drive compliance with safety and cybersecurity standards through cybersecurity testing, vulnerability assessment, and security validation.
Mentor V&V engineers and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high-quality, reliable embedded software products.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in embedded software verification and validation.
Proficiency in Embedded C/C++, Python, test automation, and debugging on RTOS/Linux-based platforms.
Onsite work required at Bengaluru location, 5 days a week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader with 3+ years managing teams or technical workstreams in embedded systems V&V.
Deep knowledge of embedded systems testing including hardware-software integration, communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, SPI, I2C, UART), and safety-critical standards (EN 50128/26/29, IEC 61508).
Strong expertise in cybersecurity testing aligned with IEC 62443, NIST CSF; preferably with railway/transportation or industrial safety-critical domain experience.
