Reward Senior Specialist - Benchmarking

Support compensation and benefits market benchmarking studies at country, regional, and global levels.

Gather, analyze, and interpret market data to provide insights and recommendations for talent acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.

Assist in maintaining benchmarking tools, preparing reports, and supporting project coordination for benchmarking activities.

At least 2 years of experience in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or related field focused on market benchmarking and data analysis.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with benchmarking platforms like Korn Ferry Hay, Aon, Mercer, or Willis Towers Watson.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or an analytical background is desirable but not explicitly mandatory.

Must have flexibility to work across different time zones; relocation within country is eligible; negligible travel expected.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and commitment to data integrity in compensation benchmarking.

Capable of working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic, and culturally diverse environments.

Experienced in managing multiple tasks such as data collection, reporting, and project logistics within global HR or rewards functions.
