Own end-to-end payroll processing for multiple APAC countries including India, Australia, Singapore, and Japan, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments and compliance adherence.
Manage payroll platforms (Workday, Cloud Pay, Safeguard), perform reconciliations with HR systems, process changes, journal entries, and resolve escalations from employees and senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and vendors to maintain payroll standards, prepare SOPs, and support audits and continuous improvements across payroll operations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration or related field mandatory.
8-10 years of experience in payroll processing with proven payroll compliance knowledge in APAC countries required.
Fluent English communication skills; ability to work flexible hours across time zones.
Experience working with payroll software such as Workday and Cloud Pay; strong knowledge of tax/wage laws relevant to APAC.
