Manage and develop a team of six Tax Associates supporting U.S. federal, international, and state/local tax compliance and reporting within an India-based Global Capability Center.
Oversee daily work allocation, deliverable quality, adherence to timelines, and coordination with U.S. stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate tax deliverables.
Lead select complex tax compliance tasks and coordinate Country-by-Country Reporting and U.S. legal entity reporting activities, while maintaining controls and identifying process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Chartered Accountant (CA), U.S. CPA, or equivalent qualification required.
8-12 years of relevant U.S. Federal Corporate Tax compliance experience, preferably with multinational firms or Big Four.
Experience managing or supervising team members in a shared services or Global Capability Center environment.
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with tax software and ERP systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in U.S. corporate tax compliance and reporting, including reviewing tax work and exposure to U.S. international tax reporting.
Proficient in managing multi-deliverable projects with collaboration across regions and stakeholders.
Preferably has background in Big Four public accounting or multinational in-house tax roles, with knowledge of process automation or analytics tools.
