Lead and execute high-volume MAC OS device migrations between Microsoft 365 tenants in a 24x7 factory shift-based model.
Own shift readiness, including tooling, access, queue management, and quality gates to ensure safe, predictable, and scalable device migration delivery.
Manage triage and rapid resolution of complex migration failures and ensure thorough evidence capture and shift handover to maintain operational continuity.
Minimum Requirements
Experience: Led at least one production M365 tenant-to-tenant MAC OS device migration as a technical lead or SME.
Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Jamf, Kandji/IRU, MAC OS provisioning, Automated Device Enrolment (ADE), Platform Single Sign-On (PSSO), and PowerShell/macOS automation scripting.
Work Pattern: Ability to work in a mandatory three-shift 24x7 factory model with shift handovers and measured shift outcomes.
Documentation: Strong documentation discipline producing SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and evidence packs for migrations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in strict runbook-based factory execution environments emphasizing repeatability, throughput, and low rework.
Skilled in operational leadership with accountability for shift outcomes including queue management, risk prioritization, and SLA adherence.
Capable of collaborating cross-functionally with security, identity, service desk, and vendor teams to ensure seamless migration operations and issue resolution.
