MTS Program Manager – AI Solutions Ecosystem & Operations

Own end-to-end program management for AI solutions in semiconductor design workflows, driving engagements from use case identification to deployment and adoption.

Manage weekly coordination meetings and maintain a portfolio view including stages, milestones, dependencies, risks, and reporting leadership regularly.

Drive compliance activities including IT security, legal contracts, procurement, AI governance, and infrastructure/onboarding roadblock removal to ensure smooth delivery.

8+ years experience with a Masters or 10+ years with a Bachelors in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science Engineering.

Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder technical programs on committed schedules.

Familiarity with enterprise procurement and contracting processes including supplier registration, NDAs, POs, and SaaS agreements.

Experience with vendor management through evaluation to production deployment and working knowledge of IT security architecture reviews.

Experienced in technical program management within semiconductor or related engineering environments involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity, aligning cross-functional teams without direct authority, and managing complex operational cadences.

Familiar with AI/GenAI concepts and semiconductor design or EDA workflows, enabling effective communication with technical teams and vendors.
