Own financial accounting, consolidation, monthly reporting, and Board reporting for European regulated entities, primarily Ireland.
Manage commission accruals, management fees booking, transfer pricing calculations, and monthly financial flash reports including P&L and Balance Sheet.
Develop control environment for risk mitigation, maintain procedure documentation, collaborate with global financial control, and handle ad-hoc financial queries and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Qualified Accountant (CA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent) with 4-6 years post-qualification experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Audit, or Assurance.
Strong experience with US GAAP month-end close and financial reporting including P&L, Balance Sheet, revenue, expenses, leases, provisions, and accruals.
Experience in balance sheet reconciliations, especially ARCS, and variance analysis with management commentary.
Location requirement: Gurgaon / Gurugram, India.

Experienced in financial controllership for regulated European entities with focus on Irish branches and complex accounting environments.
Able to manage cross-functional collaboration with operations, treasury, and global finance teams to drive accurate financial reporting and risk controls.
Comfortable with detailed financial analysis, transfer pricing, process improvement, and handling regulatory and Board reporting requirements.
