Own gathering, analysing, and documenting business data and reporting requirements across Finance Operations and Actuarial functions.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and data mapping; act as single point of contact for data queries with engineering and testing teams.
Collaborate with data engineers, SMEs, and stakeholders to deliver data models, dashboards, and reporting tools aligned to business goals.
Minimum Requirements
6–10 years experience as Business/Data Analyst in financial services or insurance sector.
Proficiency with SQL, Excel, Python; experience with data analysis, data governance, and business process modelling.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree; PMP/PRINCE II and IIBA CBAP certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Scrum); experience with Azure technologies (Logic Apps, Data Factory) is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in financial services or insurance data analysis supporting Finance and Actuarial teams.
Capable of working independently with strong structured problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable operating within Agile product teams bridging business and technical functions.
