15+ years software engineering experience with at least 5 years managing engineering managers, team leads, or senior tech leads.
Experience managing multiple teams with a shared platform layer and independent delivery teams or pods.
Strong background with cloud-native microservices architecture on AWS or Azure.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experienced in leading through technical leadership development rather than direct individual contribution, managing multiple teams and complex vendor relationships.
Able to operate in undefined technical problem spaces involving AI/ML, agentic architectures, and balancing cost/latency trade-offs across cross-functional product lines.
Skilled at balancing strategic multi-quarter outcomes with tactical delivery focus, decisive under ambiguity, and strong communicator across technical and business stakeholders.
