Product Engineer III

Own and define the product vision and roadmap for Identity and Access Management within the Public Service Platform, based on customer research and business goals.

Lead product discovery, prioritize features, and ship code to production, working closely with engineering and leveraging AI-assisted tooling for product management and delivery.

Track product adoption and business outcomes, represent the product in customer and cross-functional settings, and identify platform investment needs related to AI tooling and design system gaps.

4–6 years of experience in product management, UX design, or closely related role with a proven track record of shipping customer-used products.

Experience building and implementing Access Control systems at scale, including stakeholder onboarding for new products.

SaaS product experience required; B2G (business-to-government) background is welcome.

Proficient or actively developing proficiency in AI-native workflows.

Operates independently with clear accountability for product outcomes and proactive communication skills.

Experienced in customer discovery synthesis and making defensible product decisions with direct ownership of roadmap prioritization.

Comfortable defining UX flows within a design system and collaborating cross-functionally including engineering and experience architects, especially in AI-assisted environments.
