Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
1-3 years of experience in analytics, monitoring, production support, operations, or incident management roles.
Hands-on experience with SQL, Splunk, Tableau, Excel, and data analysis tools.
Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift model including weekends and public holidays.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in production monitoring, operational support, NOC, SRE, Business Operations, or KPI monitoring functions.
Skilled in incident management and escalation processes within fintech, financial services, or data-driven operational environments.
Capable of working effectively in fast-paced production support environments and collaborating with global teams.
