Minimum Requirements
5+ years experience in search engineering, 2+ years in technical leadership role.
Experience with search products such as OpenSearch, Elastic Search, SOLR, Lucene, Coveo, or LucidWorks Fusion.
Proficient in Java, Python, or Scala and familiar with cloud deployment, DevOps tools, and APIs.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building large-scale, distributed, low-latency search systems with memory-storage solutions on AWS or other cloud platforms.
Skilled in applying machine learning to improve search relevance and familiar with A/B testing frameworks for feature evaluation.
Has worked in Agile, global teams and demonstrates strong technical initiative and effective communication in cross-functional collaborations.
