Lead and support Project Data Management (PDM) activities and projects ensuring global consistency and best practices in data systems/databases.
Support and participate in clinical data release processes including User Test Plans, database updates, and documentation management.
Train and mentor Data Management staff while contributing to SOPs, process improvements, and new technology integration within Data Operations.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 7 years of Data Management experience including at least 2 years leading PDM activities or projects.
Experience supporting data management systems, database testing, and clinical data operations.
Ability to support audits, sponsor meetings, and maintain documentation per compliance standards.
Minimal travel required up to 25%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced data management lead familiar with clinical trial data processes and regulatory compliance.
Capable of consulting as SME with internal teams and external sponsors on data management practices.
Demonstrated ability to train others, manage productivity and quality standards, and engage in cross-functional technology initiatives.
