Lead global intercompany transformation and technology initiatives including ERP conversions from Oracle to SAP ECC/S4HANA, system upgrades, automation, and RPA deployments.
Provide techno-functional support resolving complex system and month-end issues, collaborating with Finance, IT, Shared Services, Business Units, and technology providers to enhance process standardization, digital transformation, and controls.
Manage cross-functional projects end-to-end to implement innovative solutions, drive sustainable process improvements, and align with global business objectives through effective stakeholder engagement.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B.E, CMA, MBA, or ACCA) mandatory.
Minimum 8 years experience in Finance, Shared Services, Intercompany Operations, Process Excellence, or Transformation.
Technical expertise required in SAP ECC/S4HANA (FICO modules), Oracle R12 (GL), and strong understanding of intercompany accounting, reconciliations, settlements, and compliance.
Experience with data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
