Develop and maintain comprehensive service sales dashboards, reports, and performance trackers covering orders, revenue, funnel, contracts, spares, renewals, and warranty conversions.
Analyze service sales data to identify trends, gaps, growth opportunities, risks, and corrective actions segmented by region, operating company, product line, and customer segment.
Support forecasting, target tracking, and business planning by preparing accurate, timely, and data-driven analyses and translate data into insights and presentations for leadership reviews and growth initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, statistics, engineering, data analytics, life sciences, or related field.
3–5 years of experience as data analyst, business analyst, sales analyst, or commercial analyst; preferably in life sciences, diagnostics, medical technology, service sales, or related B2B environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization/reporting tools such as Power BI, with the ability to manage large datasets and deliver actionable insights.
Must be able to work full-time on-site in Bangalore, India; ability to travel up to 10%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience specifically in service sales analytics, commercial performance reporting, forecasting, funnel reviews, or business review preparation.
Familiarity with scientific instruments, laboratory workflows, installed-base data, contract data, or service business processes within life sciences or medical technology.
Demonstrated capability in structured problem-solving, continuous-improvement methods, and data storytelling to influence commercial decision-making.
